OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE ENTRANT’S ODDS OF WINNING. SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND PROVINCIAL LAWS, REGULATIONS, AND ORDINANCES.

Bluebird Roofing gives away one (1) full residential roof replacement (the “Prize”). Entry for the giveaway begins upon announcement and continues until the winner is announced on or about December 18, 2025, via email and social media (“Giveaway Period”).

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Bluebird Roofing “Raise the Roof” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and reside within the Bluebird Roofing service area in Middle Tennessee as of the date and time of entry. Employees and directors of Bluebird Roofing, its parent companies, affiliates, representatives, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Winner. Any entry shall be rendered void if in contravention of these Official Rules or where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. SPECIAL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: Nominees must own and occupy a residential property within Bluebird Roofing’s service area in Middle Tennessee. The roof replacement must be structurally suitable for replacement by Bluebird Roofing, as determined following a site inspection. The prize cannot be transferred or applied to a commercial or rental property.

3. TO ENTER: Participants (“Entrants”) may enter the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period by fully and accurately completing the online nomination form at https://bluebirdroofing.com/raisetheroof. Nominations are open from the time of announcement through November 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM CST. After nominations close, selected nominees will be invited to submit a video explaining their story between November 13 and November 30, 2025. Public voting will occur from December 5 through December 17, 2025. Participation is limited to one (1) nomination per person per Giveaway Period. In the event more than one (1) nomination is received from any one (1) person, the first entry processed will be considered the only valid entry received. In the event of a dispute regarding an entry, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.

4. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER / ODDS: Following the close of the Voting Period, Bluebird Roofing will review community votes and submissions. The potential Winner will be selected based on a combination of community votes and Sponsor’s internal review committee’s evaluation of need and eligibility. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Entrants do not need to be present to win. The potential Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within seven (7) days of the final selection. If the Winner does not respond after three (3) contact attempts, is found to be ineligible, or declines to accept the prize within five (5) days of notification, an alternate Winner may be selected.

5. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA: The potential Winner must consent to each of the following Acceptance Criteria to be considered an official Winner: a. Provide a recent photograph or video of themselves and the nominated property; b. Sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability, and Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification (where permitted by law); and c. Permit Bluebird Roofing to use their name, likeness, and story for promotional purposes.

6. THE PRIZE: a. PRIZE: One (1) Entrant will receive a complete residential roof replacement (labor and materials included), up to a maximum value of $15,000. The Winner must redeem the prize within six (6) months of notification. b. PRIZE VALUE: The prize is valued at approximately $15,000, depending on roof size, materials, and current pricing.

7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash. No more than one (1) prize will be awarded. Winner must own and occupy the home where the replacement occurs. All materials and services are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to offer only the stated number of prizes by random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any winner who fails to meet eligibility or acceptance criteria. Winners may be required to complete Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall have no liability for any personal injuries, property damage, or other loss arising from or related to the Prize or its use.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor and its affiliated companies may contact Entrants by email or post regarding future offers or promotions. Entrants consent to be contacted in such manner by entering the Giveaway. Entrants may withdraw consent at any time by sending a written email request to bluebirdroofingmarketing@gmail.com (Subject: OPT OUT). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating or winning if, in its sole discretion, it determines that Entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, tampering, or engaging in disruptive behavior.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants agree that Bluebird Roofing, its affiliates, contractors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for: a. Technical or human error in the administration of the Giveaway; b. Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind to persons or property arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize; c. Delays, cancellations, or acts of God that prevent fulfillment of the prize. Entrants agree that the Released Parties will have no liability for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

10. PUBLICITY GRANT: Except where prohibited by law, Winner grants to Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, photographs, video submissions, and city of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without compensation or notice.

11. DISPUTES: All disputes arising from or related to this Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Entrant agrees that all disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the State or Federal Courts of Williamson County, Tennessee. Entrant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. FACEBOOK / INSTAGRAM: Entrant agrees and acknowledges that the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

13. PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrants is subject to Bluebird Roofing’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://bluebirdroofing.com/privacy-policy.
