He went above and beyond to help us in the beginning with some patch work to get us by and meeting with the insurance inspector on our behalf was a huge help!! Everything taken care of made it easy! Chenequa your customer service is top notch! You went above and beyond to check on progress regularly and get everything scheduled perfectly even returning my call on your day off! Josh the crew supervisor was great as well! He made sure everything was protected and done correctly and stayed on site to manage! We were also impressed with the crew of workers! They all had company shirts on and got straight to work and were all very polite and thoughtful about safety when we had to come and go! Very professional!! Our experience with Bluebird Roofing was absolutely fantastic! From sales all the way through installation and follow-up, the whole process was very professional and easy. Josh was on site all day, keeping Luis and his awesome crew supplied with all they needed, making for an efficient and great outcome. The gutter crew came in the next day and did an equally outstanding job. From start to finish it was a seamless process.
